These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and communication channels, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, text messaging (A2P messaging), phone calls, and emails. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Elite Dental (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, appointment booking system, SMS (A2P messaging), or any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and understand that your personal data will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.

2. A2P Messaging Compliance & Consent

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (A2P) from Elite Dental, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, treatment follow-ups, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” at any time, or contact our office at (830) 271-2133 or [email protected]. After opting out, one final confirmation message may be sent.

Reply “HELP” or contact us via phone or email for assistance.

Important Notes

Consent for SMS is not required to use our services. Essential non-marketing messages may still be sent even after opting out.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
